The Board of Directors are pleased to announce that Barbara Lavigne has been named as our choice for the June Callwood Circle of Outstanding Volunteers for 2012. Barb will receive her recognition award and be inducted at the HPCO Conference taking place April 29-May 1 2012. We are privileged to have someone like Barb participate in this group of volunteers here at Bruce Peninsula Hospice. She is an outstanding volunteer participating as a Client Care volunteer, Committee Chairperson, participant on other committees i.e. the Accreditation committee, former coordinator for client care volunteers and in the early days, an office volunteer. Always a willing participant and leader with a great sense of humour and a very compassionate and caring heart.
